Flow Vector

Whatever repeats in your business can run on its own.

Details copied by hand, messages someone has to remember to send, files that never add up. We make the tools you already use do that work themselves, without you having to understand how.

Let's talk on WhatsApp

A short conversation. No commitment, nothing to prepare.

How it feels todayHow it could be

Recognize any of this?

Things done by hand every day, only because that's how it has always been done:

  • Typing the same details for the third time today

Name, phone, and address go into WhatsApp, then into Excel, then into the invoicing software.

  • An inquiry that came in the evening waits until morning

And by the time someone replies, the customer already has an answer from somebody else.

  • Sending the same message over and over

"Received", "ready for pickup", "shipped". Each one typed by hand, and some simply forgotten.

  • Information is scattered and nobody is sure what's right

One file in the warehouse, another in the office, a third on an employee's phone. At the end of the day the numbers don't match.

  • Something annoys everyone, and nobody is free to deal with it

Everyone knows it could be different. There's just always something more urgent.

If something came to mind while reading, that's enough. You don't need to know how to solve it. That part is ours.

What it looks like when it runs on its own

Two everyday examples. In both, nobody touched a keyboard.

An order closes, and the customer already knows

The order is recorded in your system. Seconds later the customer gets the tracking number on WhatsApp, without anyone writing to them.

Someone writes at nine in the evening, and by morning the meeting is in the calendar

The reply goes out within seconds, the time is settled inside the conversation, and the meeting lands in the calendar. In the morning, all that is left is to show up.

Daniel Cohen

More things that can happen by themselves

A few familiar tasks, and how they can look without the manual work around them.

  • Customers and inquiries

    1. An inquiry comes in from the website, and someone copies it into a spreadsheet.

The details land on their own where you track customers, and the person gets a first reply within a minute.

    2. "Who haven't we gotten back to?" is asked every single day.

One list of open inquiries, and a reminder for whoever needs to follow up, before the customer calls to ask.

  • Documents and invoices

    1. A supplier invoice arrives by email, and someone types it in again.

The document is read, the details are pulled out and saved where they belong. All that's left is to approve.

    2. A quote is written from scratch for every customer.

Fill in three details, and the document comes out designed, numbered, and saved.

  • The team's work

    1. To find out what's happening with a job, you call and ask.

One screen that shows what's open, what's moving, and what's waiting, without digging through messages.

    2. The same question from the team, for the tenth time this week.

A smart assistant that answers from the business's own information, and hands over to a person only when it really matters.

And that's only the surface. Every business hides a different process, and we start from yours, not from a ready-made list.

We work with small businesses, midsize companies, and teams inside large organizations. The size of the business changes the scope of the work, not the approach.

How it works with us

Four steps, with no surprises in the middle.

  1. 01

    We listen

A 20-minute call, on WhatsApp or by phone. You describe the work that keeps repeating and the tools it is done in. We ask where it gets stuck, who touches it, and what happens when it goes wrong.

  2. 02

We check what's really worth doing

We look at your tools from the inside, make sure they can be connected, and look for the short path. Sometimes the solution is far smaller than it seems, and sometimes it isn't worth touching. We'll say that too.

  3. 03

    We build and connect

We set up the connection and test it on real cases from the business, alongside the old way. Whatever comes up on the ground is fixed before the old way is switched off. You see progress along the way, not a surprise at the end.

  4. 04

    We keep supporting

A short walkthrough for whoever works with it on day one, in the team's own language. Then an open line on WhatsApp: a supplier is added, a process changes, an employee joins. The connection evolves together with the business.

Why Flow Vector?

Because the technology is the easy part. The important part is understanding the business.

  • We start from the problem, not the tool

We don't arrive with software that needs selling. If the right answer is a simple spreadsheet, we'll say so.

  • We tell you when it's not worth it

If something isn't worth the investment, you'll hear it in the first call. An honest conversation beats an unnecessary project.

  • One contact, from start to finish

The person you talk to in the first call is the one who builds, and the one who answers on WhatsApp when you need them.

No sales department, no support desk. Someone who knows your business.

Questions that come up

How much does it cost?

There's no fixed price list, because every business is different. In the first call you'll get a clear range. Then a fixed number, before we start — not an hourly rate.

I don't understand technology. Is that a problem?

The opposite. Your job is to know the business, ours is to turn that into something that works. Everything we build is explained in plain language.

How long does it take?

A focused connection goes live within days to two weeks. A broader project is built in stages, and each stage starts working on its own.

My tools are old or obscure. Is that possible?

In most cases, yes. If a tool has an export, email, or an interface, there's a way. If there isn't, we'll say so in the first call, not after.

What happens if something stops working?

You write on WhatsApp, we take care of it. We don't disappear after going live. Support is part of the work.

Something eating your time? Tell us.

One sentence on WhatsApp is enough. We'll talk for 20 minutes, then you'll get a clear answer: what's worth doing, how long, and what it costs. No pressure.

We usually reply within a few hours on weekdays.

Prefer to write here?

One sentence. The message opens ready in WhatsApp, and all that's left is to send.
